The 3 Judges That Usurped Voters and Legalized Same-Sex Marriage In Iowa-OUSTED

God bless America! This is fantastic news. May other judges who take it upon themselves to ignore the US Constitution and render verdicts utterly against the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Will of the People incur the same fate as their terms expire or as their positions are put up for vote to impeach them.

It requires an informed and activated electorate. American Patriots are awakening and lets keep shouting them out of their slumber.

Also GREAT NEWS in Iowa!

Had that occurred in California, the judges would have declared the vote unconstitutional and simply remained at their desks. Not a peep would have been made by the political class.

It’s nice that they also flushed their idiot governor Big Lug Culver.

While this is very nice, the fact is that throwing off these judges does nothing in the long run to fix the real problem.

The truth is that with the current method by which Iowa MUST choose our judges, these same three judges could theoretically replace themselves.

The governor can only choose from the names given to him by the commission that selects the names and the system is wired to make sure they will only be Democrat lawyers. The commission will always be 8/15 Democrat lawyers.

It was no coincidence that Iowa was chosen for this test case. They knew the outcome before they brought the suit. They also know it will only be likeminded judges who replace these tyrannical highly political "lawmakers".

If this "Missouri Plan" is so fair, why is Soros using his own money to promote the "Missouri Plan" around the country?

I am very glad these judges were ousted but at the same time, I think those who led the ouster campaign squandered an opportunity to educate Iowans as to the real problem--the method by which Iowa MUST choose our judges.

The opportunity is gone. We still have a Democrat senate.

What is really astounding is that the Iowa judicial nominating committee is 85 percent Democrat.
How did this happen ?

I think it's more than 85 percent and it will stay that way because Iowa has the "Missouri plan" which makes sure that the trial lawyers will always have at least 8/15 of the committee.

IMHO, those who were pushing to oust the judges missed the real target.

These three judges could theoretically replace themselves with the current system.

Iowa Solons should put this issue at the top of their list.

This is the shot heard ‘round the legal world.

Every judge in every state with recall in their constitutions just noticed that the people can fire them for usurping their liberties.

We failed in FL to dump Supreme Court justices Lebarga & Perry because we didn't start our campaign early enough.

Vander Plaat will undoubtedly be busy these next two years advising other state groups.

In 2010 we cleared out a lot of rinos and rats. Judges are next.
