Another idea: start a major war somewhere. I figure destroying Europe and Asia might do it.
That was the point of WWII: faced with impossible debts, Germany chose to end/fulfill its obligations by other means. Need money? Take it. Owe debts? Kill the creditors.
Don’t scoff. If we don’t let the market work itself out and suffer the natural/legal consequences, the only option will be stealing resources or killing creditors.
