If a city goes bankrupt, it should disincorporate, and the county should take over. If you’re talking about Bell, all those little neighboring towns like Bell Gardens, Maywood, Cudahy, Vernon and Pico Rivera should end up disincorporated, and the county can merge them into something that might work.
