At first I thought those were pleats in the coat. But, wrong...it is just wrinkled. How sloppy she is. AND...those are not black panty hose on her legs. She is wearing stretch leggings with that dress!!! The woman is totally a fashion wreck. Dresses like she was 5 years old and just raided “Mommy’s” closet for pretend dress up. I can’t imagine she really thinks she puts together a good outfit. But, the wrinkled coat...just unforgiveable. A real slob.
I thought they were high boots. That coat is ugly. I hope someone re dresses her in Germany.
The coat is not wrinkled. It's designed that way. There's that weird fabric. Remember broom skirts? One wraps the skirt around a broom to have that wrinkled effect. I think this coat is the same.
Those are thigh high boots she's wearing. I think she had them custom designed. Italy?
From my recent trip to Tokyo, I’m afraid that here dress is “high, contemporary fashion. Looks gawdawful though.
