Why else would, due to the republican/conservative takeover in the House (the intiator of ALL spending, including military spending), he decide to urge a lame duck congress to pass repeal? He thought he had time, and now the people who have the goods KNOW they don’t have any time and put pressure on him. Probably have photos, audio the works.
