A congressional document that has been posted on the Internet confirms no one – not Congress, not the states and not election officials – bothered to check Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and in fact, that status remains undocumented to this day.
It's because state and federal law did not require anyone in Congress or elsewhere to check to see if Obama was a "natural born Citizen" under the meaning of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, according the document.
The analysis by the Congressional Research Service, a research arm of the U.S. Congress, openly admits no one in the federal government, including Congress, ever asked to see Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate. In fact, it explains no one was required to do so.
Technically, the CRS is a public policy research arm of the United States Congress that is organized as a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress; the CRS works exclusively for members of Congress, congressional committees and congressional staff in an advisory capacity, answering questions.

Okay, I am trying to understand this. Apparently, we have a President who did not provide proof of his eligibility for the office because nobody asked him to. The democrats were so enamored by this clean, articulate black man that they were willing to look the other way. And the feckless republicans were afraid to say anything because they might appear to be racists? Spoilsports? I’ll concede that, so far, that’s all possible.
But, explain this to me. Obama’s opponent in the primaries was Hillary Rodham Clinton. There is no more devious, well-informed political entity in the world than the Hildabeast, supported by her equally devious and corrupt husband. They had to have heard the rumors about Obama’s lack of eligibility. Unlike the republicans, Hillary isn’t feckless, and probably isn’t all that afraid of being tagged a racist, having been married to “the first black President,” and having jumped through all the usual liberal
pro-diversity hoops. I’ll never buy that she “took one for the team” for the good of her party, or, more laughably, her country. So, how and why did the Clintons allow this to happen?

We know that he is not a natural born citizen. His British father is not in question. It is a fact.
The only question is; what is the definition of Natural Born as is required in the Constitution. The understanding of that term is historical fact for those wishing to look.

What better way to get YOUR agenda passed through Congress without getting any of the blame, then coming to the rescue of your party as it tries to regroup as the only prominent candidate available without stain. Just a hunch.

** Also...Hillary would have ticked off the entire black voting block. Without blacks Hillary would have been doomed anyway. I expect this was the reason she wasn't forceful about objecting to the blatant Obama fraud against her in the caucus states.
By having quiet patience, Hillary has a chance in 2012 or 2016. And...Maybe she is working behind the scenes now to expose Obama his ineligibility. Who knows?

That's a valid point. However, once the election rolled around, it's doubtful that the blacks would have remained so angry that they would have pulled the R lever for the first time in their lives, although they certainly would not have come out in droves like they did for their Messiah. Hillary is politically savvy enough to have put a lot of distance between herself and the actual accusation that got the ball rolling. We are talking about a woman who used a commodities brokerage account to hide bribe money, claiming she turned a thousand bucks into a hundred thousand by "reading the Wall Street Journal."
We must also have patriot judges, attorneys and judicial scholars who refuse to be intimidated, bought/sold and/or in the tank for a political party or ideology.
The aura of corruption pervades this administration and the liberal appointed judges within. Americans are fed up with judicial rulings evading Constitutional law and creation of their own opined rulings. Three were removed from their seats this past week. More need replacing. These corrupt judges are a key element in the destruction of America as we know it.
Then this should be PRIORITY #1 for the new Congress: ensuring that the people running the government are in fact Consitutionally eligible to hold office to ensure the safety of the citizens of the United States, at the very least going forward.
She would have had to be prescient enough to have been able to predict last week's election debacle way back in 2008. And, to predict the debacle, she would have had to predict that Obamacare would pass. That vote was way too close to be predictable two years prior.
As for getting her agenda passed--she is such an egomaniac that it's only her agenda if she was the one who signed it into law.
Don't think so. Globalist in the U.S. came about just prior to Wilson's Presidency. The old "conspiracy theories" of Europe did not hold water here. That said, we have those conditions now. I truely wished I knew the real puppetmaster for Obozo. It is bigger than Soros, it is bigger than the Saudi money. He is truely a "post turtle" but the real question is what fool put him there?
