A 13 year old female is missing, in Des Moines, Iowa. She has not been seen since Friday Morning. Pleast take a look at her picture, and help watch for her. Thank you.

MISSING 13 YEAR OLD GIRL Tiffany Speck, last seen November 5th around 8:30 am on the corner of South Union and Kirkwood on the Southside of Des Moines, IA.
She was wearing a black sweatshirt with a McKee School logo on the left shoulder, jeans and grey sweater boots. Tiff is 5’ 2”, 145 lbs., brown eyes, and blond on top, brown on bottom hair.
If you have any information on her please contact Detective Jeff Shannon at 515-237-1550 or the Des Moines Police at 515-283-4811. A witness reported seeing her coaxed into a red Cadillac after missing her school bus.

Why has there not been a statewide Amber Alert?
Just assumed there was, will check.
IIRC Amber alerts anre only for those who have been abducted not just missing.
Just checked DSM Register Web - din’t see anything there either.

Enough to trigger an Amber Alert in My book. Too late for one now, however.
It sound like one of those "there's been an emergency" type of abductions. My parents gave me a code word when I was younger that would be highly unlikely for someone to guess.
If they didn't offer the code word, they were not legit.
