This is absolutely ridiculous! ridiculous! And these are government workers, many who never put out a lot of effort out for their work nor their pay. I used to be a state gov worker, so I know what I am talking about.

I know a retired gov. employee who gets OVER $100,000 a year in RETIREMENT benefits. Do you know anyone who gets that much in Social Security?

My husband is a GS-11. He doesn’t make anything near $150,000. My husband started at the VA because he wanted to do what he could for the veterans (he is retired military) and make VA care better. Everytime I come onto FR, I feel like it is a sin that my husband is a federal employee.
