Of course the federal judge would do this.

I swear, the entire judiciary is in the pocket of the liberals.

Impeach, convict, remove. This nation has ignored the founder’s dream of federalism, the 10th amendment, limited government, and the rule of law. We have become a nation that puts the power to write law into the hands lamebrain judges.

I agree. Did Franken bow out. Did Murray in WA? No, they fought and fought hard to steal the election. they kept counting till they found enough votes in trunks and floating in ponds. Whatever the outcome, I would like to see the GOP stand up and fricken fight for one god-darned time!!!!!

Hot air reports that that line is from a partisan Democrat. Since when do we take what they say as gospel?

You can’t possibly believe that. Ninety eight percent? If that doesn’t SCREAM fraud for you, there is no hope.

Joe Miller is already on the ballot. Who is going to write him in?

Look, I want Joe to somehow pull this out and I loathe Murky for what she's done, but it's over for him. The good news is that Murkowski will have no real power in the Senate. She will be essentially a freshman again.

Actually, if we’re discussing write-ins, it could very easily be that lopsided. The more viable the write in candidate was, the more lopsided it would be.

Do you disagree?

So this will make Murkowski an Independent who caucuses with the Republicans?

It's an interesting point to see if McConnell replaces her with true Republicans in her leadership role on committees.

it doesn't sound odd....but remember in past Alaska elections and probably many other places the write in candidate was not able to CHANGE the law after they filed so their name would be on a list that the state passed out....

game changer....

it would be like a rat getting a law passed that rats candidates names will always be listed first on the ballot, in bold red letters with a flag next to it.....

so why NOT take this to the upper courts?

the reason PINO has gotten away with all of his crap is that NO ONE HAS CHALLENGED HIM....

laws are laws and the way they are interpreted becomes precident....

so take it to the next court, Mr. Miller..

Do you disagree?

Yes. Nobody gets that percentage of anything, anywhere, anytime. Impossible. Not saying she didn't win. Just saying that 98% is fraud. Plain and simple.

It’s undisputed that there were more write-in ballots than Joe received on election. When was the last time write-in ballots outnumbered the leading vote-getter on the ballot? Unless a large group of AKers decided to write in random names of their friends or Lizard people (like in MN), the only rational explanation would be that they were the result of a large write-in campaign. The only one staging a large write-in campaign was Murky.

The fact that so many ballots came from so many different places make widespread voter fraud unlikely. You can steal a close election by finding votes in cars (see MN again), but it’s almost impossible to steal one by this margin.

The sad fact is that contrary to popular image, many AKers are heavily reliant on the federal gov’t. And they voted to keep the gravy train rolling in exchange for keeping their state in a quasi-colonial status.

if she goes with the democrats she'll be given a nice plum...

however,I do not believe that many votes are going to Cow...even the Indians said some voted for strange names etc...some ballots will not be filled out correctly enough..

Miller has a point...at the start of the election season the write in had NO RIGHT to have his name of a piece of paper supplied by the state and there was NO RIGHT to count votes that weren't spelled correctly...

that is the problem with write ins....they usually can't get their name out there and their name has to be spelled right...

so TWO rule changes have swung over to Cow.....isn't that convenient...

next time someone signs a contract, see how far you'll get by changing things after you've signed it....

fight on Joe!

Cccording to the State of Alaska Sec. elections website, Joe Miller unofficially trails write-ins by exactly 11,333.

81,195 for Joe Miller and 92,528 write-ins.

http://www.elections.alaska.gov/results/10GENR/data/results.pdf

The first batch of numbers is out and they show 89 percent of the write-ins counted so far were perfect for Lisa Murkowski.

90% of the write-ins would equal 83,275.

If Joe doesn’t destroy her with the absenties, it could very easily come down to a judge ruling on the ‘challenged’ write-in votes.

Blank everyone on this blanking board.

Mark Levin is right.
The law says it has to be spelled correctly.

But they aren’t doing it that way. Hanging chads anyone?

That case went to the Supreme Court.

You guys all SUCK
