Well, we have two different thoughts on that. I’m not here to say I’m right though. You could very well be proven to be right.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain your thoughts.

And what about all of those other 160+ write-in names?

If any of these people have a last name that starts with an M, they should claim their fair share of the votes in court.

Hard to know what the reality is here. The real shame is that this ever happened in the first place. Hopefully, she will be better than just a RINO.

Do you see the thread (VIDEO)about a state contractor telling voters in a state building the day before election to basically vote for Murk, that she is good for Alaska? Did you hear of any updates on it?

Totally agree with you. Every election everybody screams fraud. But everything goes back to normal after the election. Many people dont even vote anymore just because of this. And what happens after they clearly prove it? Absolutely nothing!!!!

My feeling is if you cannot get off your butts and go to the polls, (with a few exceptions, military service, housebound, i.e. disabled persons) then it is not important to you.

This early voting, absentee, motor voter etc..stuff has got to go.

Another thing, when things dont go the liberal way they run to the courts to circumvent the laws of thier state. Why bother passing the law if nobody is going to abide by it. What Murkowski did was appalling. She lost in the primary, so what does she do? Go independent. It is clear from the primary the citizens of Alaska did not want her. Now all the sudden they do? Clearly another election is being stolen here.

This country is desending in chaos. The infrastructure is cracking and the cracks are getting bigger.

If the people cannot trust the electorial process and it is clear more and more people dont, we are lost. How can we legitimately shake our fingers at other countries and accuse them of corruption of their electorial process when ours is just as bad. How can we trust that someone was truly elected? We cannot.

Anyway thats the way I see it.

I think Miller is just disgracing himself for a future run. His antics are something I’d imagine from a Chicago Dem.

“I hate to say it folks, but this is the endgame here for Miller. HotAir already reporting that over 98% of the write-ins are for Murky.”

What about the 30,000 absentee ballots? I think murk is only up by about 10,000 * 98% in the worst case scenario, or say 9,800 votes. If Miller got 16,500 absentees, the RAT 7,000 and murk, 6,500 - doesn’t Miller win?

Perhaps a longshot but, exactly how has he lost already?

Exactly what "antics" are you speaking of? Be specific please.

If dems were protesting the clear breaking of election law I would not be all over them. I would be singing hallelujah.

The law is clear that what is written in has to match what is on the candidate’s declaration of candidacy. Instead they’re going by whether some thug is able to come up with a “Murkowski” sound when she tries to read what’s written in. The law is clear that there are to be no exceptions to what is written in the law. It is clear lawlessness. In broad daylight.

Maybe Alaska is even as corrupt as Hawaii - if such a thing were possible. Neither place seems to have any respect for the rule of law. And the rest of the country will be forced to suffer for it.

While the judges deny a fair hearing on any of it. This is so disgusting.

IMO, there is no ‘conservative’ that would want Joe to concede. It’s not rocket science to see what’s going on from the very beginning since she lost the primary. She didn’t concede but started an all out war. Threads like these expose those who are not rock solid conservatives, IMO. They think being on a conservative board gives them cover and only need to dabble in conservatism.

If Murk pulls it off, it’s only because of fraud, IMO. And she can’t do it solo but w/the help of a few in power - her cronies who ignore the rules. On that alone, Joe should fight. Otherwise, we will continue to lose elections to ‘rats and rino’s alike. Throw in the towel is never an option.

This makes no sense with the person who said that they are keeping aside and not counting yet the ones not spelled right. Is Fenumiai using that criteria to determine which ones get set aside to be challenged, or to determine which get counted?

Here's more on the AP Article referred to in this post:

Judge denies injunction request by in Alaska GOP Senate candidate in write-in election case

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — A federal court judge has denied a request by Alaska GOP Senate candidate Joe Miller to immediately stop the state Division of Elections from counting write-in ballots.

U.S. District Court Judge Ralph Beistline said Wednesday in his written decision that Miller has demonstrated no potential for irreparable harm.

Incumbent Lisa Murkowski ran as a write-in candidate in the Nov. 2 election. Miller is running second to write-in ballots. Miller wants to prevent the state from using discretion in determining voter intent and to throw out ballots that misspell Murkowski's name.

State attorneys said an 18-hour window to respond was unfair and there were no circumstances that required such a rapid response.

Beistline gave the state until Monday afternoon to respond.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

That last part sounds favorable.

I think it’s a shame too. The guy won the primary. Let him have the spoils. These people that do an end run seem to think they own the office or something. No, they don’t.

In this instance, I think she is a RINO. Others should correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think she’s making any bones about her beliefs.

She says she’ll caucus with the Republicans. We’ll see how it goes.

Hugh Hewitt just mentioned on his show that they’re even trying to count votes for “Frank Murkowski” as votes for Lisa.

“If a dim were pulling these antics we’d be all over them”

What, fighting in a race that he hasn’t clearly lost yet? Look what they’re trying to do:

“Miller wants to prevent the state from using discretion in determining voter intent and to throw out ballots that misspell Murkowski’s name.”

In other words, Miller’s camp is fighting to apply the rule of law. How is this reflective of the RATS in any way, shape or form?

It is loony to guess voter intent. What is so difficult to spell the name correctly? If somebody writes “Miss America,” somebody will no doubt say their intent was to vote for Lisa and could not recall her name.

Aha. That’s the standard being used on the challenged ballots, and they’re counting them right along with all the others.

"If somebody writes “Miss America,” somebody will no doubt say their intent was to vote for Lisa and could not recall her name."

Such a mistake could never be plausible and should immediately be thrown out by the courts, post haste!:
