This is good news. My biggest fear is Michele being the right's Pelosi. Being in the leadership position also weighs her down with the establishment accusation, so it's better that she remains where she is.

I think Bachmann has a bright future -

Hensarling is excellent. It is Boehner and Cantor that I’d like to see dumped.

I think you are absolutely correct. Given the double standards with the left and MSM (same difference), she would be treated AWFUL compared to Pelosi. During this mid-term campaign, it was clear to any objective person that it was OK to call a woman candidate a WH@RE, SL&T, and B!TCH provided that she was right of center.

Bachmann is more effective and dangerous being free from the leadership. Still, it would be fun seeing the video bytes between Bachmann and Pelosi. Shown right after one another; what a CONTRAST!!!!

I totally agree with you.

If she was in leadership, the left would vilify her (even more) and use her in their fundraising efforts.

I sure don’t share your concern with her becoming the Right’s Pelosi. I know you mean that she would be fronting for Conservatism stridently, but I think Michelle has a fantastic head on her shoulders. A person like her should be in a position of leadership IMO.

I’ve got zero reservations about that.

We do not want to have establishment Republicans in every position of power. It’s time to shake things up, or at the very least position ourselves there to make major moves in the near future.

We simply cannot afford to let the party elites define Conservatism downward any longer.
