“I agree with President 43, she’s not qualified.” No doubt, a quote from some Soros site.

Palin isn’t qualified? And Obama is?

Neither 0bama nor Palin are qualified. 0bama didn't become POTUS because of his qualifications...he became POTUS because the media had a love affair with him and didn't vet him. Unfortunately, Palin is not loved be the media...they will do anything to destroy her. The treatment Christine O'Donnell got from the media is nothing compared to what Sarah Palin would get if she ran.

One benefit of her running, though, is that she would draw all of the negative attention from the media during primary season...then when another Republican wins the nomination it will be difficult for the media to do that same to that candidate.

So being a governor of a state like Alaska(among other things on her resume) doesn’t qualify Sarah Palin to be President? Yeah, ok pal. Sure. Whatever you say.

I'm starting to get the feeling this is a trap being laid by the dems. The more and more they keep floating trial balloons the more the talking heads on our side are insisting that this is going to cause employers to start hiring again.

No doubt it is a start but it is going to take more then just keeping the taxes where they are now.

It's is also going to take repealing or defunding bammicare, gutting Big Government spending and the new congress proving that they are worthy.

In the end if all of these things aren't done and only the Bush tax cuts are kept in place, there will be no difference in hiring practices anytime soon.

The dems will forever tout that tax breaks have no effect on the economy.

Just my $.02

I love Sarah Palin but, I agree with President 43, she’s not qualified. She is doing a great job in the role that she has now.

I totally agree!!! She isn’t ready to be the POTUS, yet.

******

Like, totally!!! /sarc

So, who IS qualified, O great Lord High Masters of Who Is Qualified, and Who is Not?

Go ahead. Tell us how a former mayor and popular (before 24/7 hyper scrutiny/criticism) governor is unqualified.

Go back through my posting history, and you’ll see that I’m still skeptical of Palin myself. I’m just wondering since the glory of the renown of the majesty of your intellects have not circled the earth to reach my humble ears, how both of you came to this “conclusion”?

Just what possibly makes her not qualified?

That last 18 months of her governor’s term even though she got more done in 2 1/2 years than most accomplish in four—and it helped her state since she had a sympatico lt. guv and her resigning helped the state by stopped the politically motivated frivolous law suits?

Or would it be because she has too much executive experience in government, having worked her way up from the local level? Maybe it’s the small business experience that she has? Maybe knowing more about energy policy than anyone who has held the office before?

Or could it be her personal strengths that disqualify her, given that she’s clearly more shrewd politically and more naturally a leader than anyone that either the Dems or Republicans have right now?

Oh, I know, she has too much of the common touch, given the way that she can affect the national debate—healthcare, the elections, QE2—by putting strong positions in language that the layman understands?

Maybe it’s because she’s proven to be too much of a reformer, going after corruption even within her own party?

Perhaps her technology savvy is just too much, given that she’s better harnessed the Internet for political communications than have dozens of political consultants before her?

Or, could it be that she’s unqualified on the issue of logistics, given that she’s better at drawing a large, energized crowd than anyone else we have to offer?

Please, be more specific, if you could.

Yes, she has a better resume than Christine O'Donnell but she brings a lot of heavy baggage (she didn't create the baggage but its there nonetheless). The media will present her in such a manner that independants won't vote for her...and its independants that decide elections.

The 2012 election is too important to have Sarah at the top of the ticket. If 0bama is re-elected then there will be no way to stop the healthcare bill. We need somone who can win!!!

Again you are failing to answer my question. You can’t use the media as a excuse. What is it pesonally or politically about Palin that makes her not qualified? This is the 2nd request for you to answer. Please do

IMO more thin personality gruel—whether TPaw or Mitt or Mitch—is what won’t win against Obama.

I don’t see another GOP candidate as likely to win as Palin—which is exactly why she has the media after her. The electorate (and I) agree with her positions more than those of the other candidates. I also believe a Palin presidency would be most effective in getting government rolled back to a constitutional level.

So Eisnstein, how does it feel to agree with a lie. In one of the Bush interviews on his book, he was asked the question and he disavowed the story and said he never said such a thing. This particular one was on the Rush Limbaugh show. http://www.conservatives4palin.com/2010/11/bush-i-have-never-said-palin-isnt.html

Wow, 2 fatal errors in a single sentence. Impressive.

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.

“I think Obama is in full panic meltdown mode. He came in wanting to impose socialism/far left liberalism, but unlike some, I don’t think he intended to destroy the economy in the process. [I think Soros definitely intended that, and his bought and paid for influence is wrecking us. Obama is only unwittingly serving his puppet master, however, and he will be the last one to find out the degree to which he’s been played like a rube.]

Anyway, the chief (perhaps only) joy in a socialist’s life is spending OPM. Obama came to power licking his lips over the prospect of massively redistributing wealth for a full eight years. He never intended to run the well dry in less than two. Now he is frustrated, and as panicky as a heroin addict going cold turkey over his (Obama’s) sudden inability to pass more gargantuan ‘bail out’ bills, etc. Added to which, his humiliation in Asia cannot have helped his mental state at all.

Bottom line: he is not intellectually or economically astute enough to figure out what went wrong, so now he’s just flailing. He has Axelrod float a trial balloon about temporarily extending the Bush tax buts, and nutroots/moonbats go WILD. Obama yanks back that proposal, but is now at a total loss. As Scarborough reported, top Dems are admitting Obama doesn’t have a clue. It will only get worse from here.”

I like your summary, and rings true to me. Thanks, Fantasywriter.
