looks like a sub launched missile to me.
In the beginning of the clip the missile is all squiggly until it locks on.
seen it a hundred times.

I have watched several missile launched from Cape Canaveral while in eastern Orlando= a distance roughly the same as the assumed launch here:

Each looks exactly like this as the missile goes up, passes through different cloud levels and wind directions at different heights, then vanishes as it goes down range. Out to sea in this case, heading west. Now, heading west isn't good for launching satellites, but if this were a missile launch from a sub, who wants to waste a satellite on the top of the missile.

The purpose of this kind of launch is to show that “We can launch a missile off of your coast - and you can't do anything about it. Now, pay up.”
