Khalid Shaikh Mohammed will likely be held in military prison without a trial indefinitely as the Obama administration decides what to do with the 9/11 mastermind, according to a new report. A trial - civilian or military - is not expected to happen before the next presidential election, the Washington Post reported Saturday. The Obama administration apparently fears backlash will come from either decision.

He brought about the biggest attack on America since Pearl Harbor, and we have to think about it for 2 more years?

If we were thinking about it, planning it, etc. it might be OK.

BUT....

They are doing nothing as they are paralyzed with FEAR. FEAR OF BACKLASH!

They are letting the jihadi win. They are still sending bombs to America, they are still trying to kill Christians and Jews ...it is all still going on whether this SOB goes to trial or not!

Courage and leadership are certainly not in America's White House.

A “Bushism” that the lamemedia do not repeat:

“The third plane that flew into the Pentagon was a declaration of war.”

We must remember to quote this whenever possible to people who are beginning to forget.

Excellent! That is exactly what he did, faced with having to make a hard decision he decided to make no decision at all.

As I’ve been saying for the past several years, GTMO ain’t closing ANYTIME SOON.

And it is VERY likely that “Detainee operations” at GTMO will not come to an end until the last “detainee” dies in place of natural causes.
