You guys all know that if Hillary Clinton quit as NY Senator after two years and was doing reality shows where she’s bass fishing at an Arkansas reservoir while cheering on Chelsea appearing on “The Amazing Race” or “Survivor” we’d be ripping on her in the same way. Sarah has set herself up for these. This has been her choice to do the celebrity/pundit thing rather than remain in office.

You take Sarah Palin's activities over the last year ignorantly out of context.

Palin and Kardashian are juxtaposed on the current People magazine cover. Kardashian is the main subject of the cover and Palin has an inset photo. Kardashian’s photo is captioned Kim Kardashian at 30 I thought I’d be married by now. Sarah Palin was married at 24 and had 3 children by the time she was 30 years old.

You say that I take Palin’s activities out of context. What context is there?

I’m not seeing Hillary, Bobby Jindal and Chris Christie quitting their jobs to do “media” even though they are names mentioned on both sides for 2012.

I know the pat response is that somehow some “ethics” investigations in Alaska were going to bankrupt her and she just had to quit. Trust me, if she can’t handle some minor league heat in Alaska, what do you think she’ll face as nominee or President someday?

The debate we are having on Freep is all part of the vetting process. Something the Dems never bothered to do with Obama or were afraid of due to political correctness. We need this debate the next 6-12 months to see how Palin holds up.
