Probably the only way you could get a handle on Medicaid/Medicare fraud would be a bounty system with large cash rewards for whistle blowers.
The current approach is a total failure.
Agreed, but that has existed in Medicare in the past. A 10% reward for turning folks in. Don’t know if it is still in effect now though.
