They like to use the term “Independence Card”. Yeah, independence. Control hunger and you control the masses. Reminds me of the movies like Soylent Green where everyone is hungry and mass suicides are the norm. I truly don’t believe for one minute that people will stop gardening BUT this Bill could then outlaw the sale/distribution of seeds. No seeds = no gardens. A Black Market of seeds will then results. Just a thought.
