Who do you think it will be? Pelosi’s lapdog Gingrich? A candidate from Massachusetts, which, by definition means they can’t win? Why don’t the Republicans just run Obama on their ticket?

How about DeMint, Pence, Bachmann 2012 - not necessarily in that order.

*facepalm*

I want a real conservative LEADER. We’ve become a country of figureheads, and I’d really like to see an actual leader and administrator in that office. If the government was actually run like a business, there would be MASSIVE layoffs under the right administration. That’s really what I’m looking for in the next president.

This crop they keep trotting out in front of us looks worn, weathered, old, and tattered. We need a fresh, young, new face with exceptional and demonstrated leadership qualities.

This guy has two more of these coming out. We’ll see who he profiles in the next couple weeks.

You mean the writer’s arguments, I presume. I take it he’ll come out as a Barbour supporter, but without evidence—and despite ample evidence to the contrary—he repeats the claim that Palin is of limited ability.

Mitt the twit, the huckster or pelosi’s pal newt? Any of those three could send me into a cycle of spastic hurling.

Your link goes to part 2. You can get to part 1 from 2 but a direct link would be better.

Btw, so far, I agree.

Could not agree with you more, cricket! He’s not ready for 2012; I want to see more of him in a legislative role before I decide if he’s that quality/caliber of a candidate.

Honestly, I’m still very skeptical that anything’s going to change under the Pubbies. If this batch of Reps turns out to be honest, we may see a groundswell of support for the Tea Party seeing as they promoted the revolution at the ballot box. We need honest candidates who will really stick to their guns in DC and not be swayed by lobbyists and wrong-headed liberals. When integrity returns to the Republican party, we might not have to worry about who’s going to be President: the people will have plenty of choices.

oops. You are correct. Mods, can you put this link below (part 1)

http://www.thebradentontimes.com/news/2010/11/10/national_government/possible_2012_republican_presidential_candidates/

into the proper location for this thread. The hyperlink goes to Part 2 right now due to my fat fingers.

Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich ... I'll go on record as saying that I don't believe any of them will be nominated in 2012"

Dang. They accidentally left out McCain. He hasn't gone thru all the Budwieser money yet.
