The ballot count has been done under the auspices of a judge, so.... ask the judge.
Murkowski got 92,715 unchallenged write-in votes compared to Miller’s 90,448 election day, absentee, write-in total. There were another 8,153 challenged ballots but counted for Murkowski. So in effect she had enough votes without counting any of the challenged ballots. Miller had a representative at each count table to review the ballots and challenge them where it was deemed appropriate.

It looked like she was leading with “unchallenged” ballots.
