That's odd. Every single job description I've ever read, usually at the end, essentially says "and anything else your boss tells you to do."

Better than that, in her application that was posted on the web she explicitly checked off that she was willing to run errands and go grocery shopping plus other non-housekeeping duties.

I have never written a job description that did not have several of these in it: “... including but not limited to....”.
