Letting him walk is the plan. Letting ALL terrorists walk is part of the plan.

Remember - Eric Holder was the lawyer who advocated and pushed through the Clinton pardon of the 14 FALN terrorists

Eric Holders Law firm was representing about 30 of the Gitmo terrorists and about 30 new Justice Dept Lawyers previously represented Islamic Terrorists

So what the Hell is that, Time served?? Need to cap this POS.

The one count he was convicted on carries a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison, and a maximum of life. And there is no parole in the federal system.

So I guess they bought the argument that he didn;t know there would be people in the embassies. And he only did one of them.

So then is the claim of ignorance (of how many people would be killed) jihadi bliss?

This is an Obama/Holder travesty upon each of the 200 dead and their families.

Ugly. Ugly. Ugly.

And just by cowinky-dink, the quisling responsible for this travesty is off for Europe tomorrow so he can avoid the 24/7 beat down he would receive if he stayed in Washington.

“What the hey, the people who died, hey man, that was a long time ago, and we didn’t know any of them anyway so who cares” spoken in Rosallind Russell’s fast speech about a woman whom gossip hounded to suicide, from “The Women”

The bastard's lawyer...

In over 50 death penalty eligible cases that Mr. Quijano has handled, not one has resulted in a Department of Justice authorization to seek the death penalty at trial. In the nearly 100 homicide cases handled by Mr. Quijano in the state and federal courts, only one client has received a sentence of life without parole.

Mr. Quijano has defended many high profile cases involving extensive media coverage. He has also served as a frequent guest commentator on MSNBC and Court TV (now known as TruTV).

Born in Washington, D.C. to a Colombian family with a history in Colombian politics, Mr. Quijano is completely fluent in Spanish.

******

During the opening statements, Ahmed’s defense lawyer Peter Quijano objected, demanding a mistrial because of the overt references to al-Qaida, which he claims the prosecutors originally promised not to do. U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan denied the request for a mistrial, after which Peter Quijano stuck to the defense that Ahmed was ‘set up’ when it came to the 1998 attacks, and that he does not ‘share’ al-Qaida’s goals, although he was at one point a part of their cell.

Can’t get worse? Can he file a suit for his “civil liberties” being infringed? The ACLU will be johnny-on-the-spot.

Obama’s GITMO Circus: Muslim Terrorist Asks for Dismissal Based on “Constitutional Rights”

“This motion asks one primary question,” the lawyers, Peter E. Quijano, Michael K. Bachrach and Gregory Cooper, wrote. “Can national security trump an indicted defendant’s constitutional Right to a Speedy Trial? We respectfully submit that the answer is emphatically and without qualification, ‘No.’ ”

This is the result Holder wanted—his Department is now staffed with pro-terrorist sympathizers who offered pro-bono services to Al Quaeda terrorists. At the very highest levels of our government we now have people whose affinity for foreign Muslim terrorists is greater than their concern for the safety of real Americans.

New York, with its liberal judges and jury pool taken from a population that is 1/3 foreign born , is the perfect venue for a trial that will permit terrorists to walk. How much do you want to bet that the holdout juror was born abroad?

The feds knew this was going to happen. Why do you think that they moved the trial to New York. The terrorists are this adminstration’s allies. The American people are the enemies of this Administration, Thisincludes the fools that voted for obama.
