May I disagree? Rather it is evidence that I live in the real world and not in the world of delusional fanboys. Whether you choose to accept it or not, Palin is a polarizing figure with exceptionally high negatives. She doesn't possess the abilities to persuade her detractors that she can be trusted with the immense responsibility that comes with the highest office in the land, full stop.

If the Tea Party carries her to the nomination in 2012 and thereby contributes to the kind of disaster that we witnessed in Delaware on November 2, its influence on the GOP and national politics will plunge and never recover. Choose to believe what you will, but don't say you weren't warned. You can blame Rove all you want for O'Donnell, but O'Donnell was a disaster that many on this board more than embraced, they developed a big fat adolescent crush on. It is no different with Palin. Folks, let's be serious. This is serious business.
