If they're going to punish TSA agents for doing it incorrectly, they'll have to have a standard for doing it correctly. Somewhere someone is writing a guide for crotch grabbing that tells them how long they can hold on and things they should avoid saying when groping you.

There's a rumor that Obama and his crew support unionizing the TSA. If that happens, don't hold your breath waiting for them to be punished, no matter how they push your buttons or rotate your handle.
