If this is forced on US Troops, they will vote with their feet and leave the service. There are plenty of people on Active Duty in all of the Services who feel strongly about this, will not put up with it and will refuse to reenlist or resign.

Perhaps that’s the whole idea. Degrade the US military by getting the volunteers to walk.
