Oh, come on. It’s ridiculous to hold Dubya accountable for his mother’s off the cuff and off the wall remark.

He’s been nothing but gracious all his life and he said nothing of the kind beyond wishing that his brother could run.

My daughter could tell you not to blame her for what I say.

I'm sure you won't be surprised, altura, by those who somehow blame President Bush for what his mother says, even though it clearly does not reflect his own views.

Some people like to stretch a long way to make Bush a villain......even if it's something as trivial as what his (now elderly) mother says.

I would guess that none of us have views in lockstep with our Moms (even if they're as cool as Barbara Bush)..........and if we do, it's kinda sad.
