Just what I thought, these guys are clueless of medical equipment and devices. People wear catheters, colostomy bags, etc. and the TSA evidently haven’t briefed their employees about them. I and many other folks wear devices just under the skin...if these guys see them on the scanner, will they think we have some sort of explosive sewn in us...if they don’t know about a urostomy bag, chances are they don’t know about other medical devices.
Earlier today I mentioned other devices in another post:
I dont even think Ill attempt to fly...dont know what theyll say about this little hockey puck device. Its placed just under the skin, so it sounds like the scanners can pick it up.

Then it makes me wonder about pacemakers, theyre just under the skin as well. Medtronic makes lots of implantable devices for delivery different sorts of meds, regulating the heart, etc.
Somehow I double posted...oops.

At the same time it also doesn’t occur to them that someone with only cash, no luggage an holding a one way ticket is a likely threat.
They don’t think of anything except what they are told to do. Welcome to govt control.
