To: Georgia Girl 2

I thought you might find the table I just posted interesting. Decending order by contribution.

It does not appear that the data for Support vs. Oppose legislation connected to contributions seems to indicate a connection between contribution and voting for S.510

I suspect the problem is in connecting the contributors and those who support the legislation. I don’t know how that would accurately done.

It is however worth noting that “Will Rogers” (a Dem) stating that we had the “best Congress that money could buy”. It is probably still accurate, even if he appeared to be joking.

Ask yourself the inevitable question: Why would a Conservative Republican vote for the expansion of government control over our entire food supply? The top two rational answers to this question are stupidity or payola. As an avid spectator of politics for 40 years I’m going to have to go with payola. Although in the case of our 2 RHINO’s Chambliss and Isakson I might accept a combination of both.
