The flying saucer is a device invented and flown by Big Foot. When Big Foot has landed the saucer and is out spreading terror in the American Northwest the parked flying saucer is guarded by the Chupacabra.
You’re right, I’ve seen one of these - but when it’s parked, it’s guarded by the Bigfoot’s CIA handlers, who control the operator with enormous bunches of bananas. The chupacabra is more like a kind of watch dog, rewarded with enormous cans of Alpo.
