I worked for a corp. that was based in St. Louis. From the top down management wise with maybe one exception out of the dozen or so I had to deal with, all crooked as they come. There are a lot of other choice descriptions but I don’t want to get kicked off of here.

Most large urban areas are dangerous if you are a goof and wander around where you shouldn't. In a crappy neighborhood the people living their will if they are wise have bars on the windows and a shotgun. I don't think anybody despises lazy thieving scumbags more then those who have to live with them.
