The vast majority of voters in these districts clearly have no problem with this behavior. They expect, and quite apparently, embrace such actions.

Because their constituents are fed a constant diet of racism by the likes of Sharpton,Jackson and the NAACP which are only using their people to serve their own needs. If there folks efforts had been directed at really helping the black community a lot of the problems they are having would have been solved by now. I am up into age and I submit that blacks growing up with me were much better educated. The NAACP worries more about a Confederate Flag than it does about poverty and children without fathers. The average black or for that matter the average person cannot afford to pay for all these children out of wedlock like Jackson does.

They see only that Rangel and the others are black, and that is enough.
