Sarah Palin tells Sean Hannity: I won’t talk to Katie Couric again
Orlando Sentiel ^ | 11/22/2010 | Hal Boedeker

Posted on 11/22/2010 1:35:38 PM PST by WebFocus

Sarah Palin will be in several places tonight on television.

She will attend “Dancing With the Stars” on ABC, starting at 8 p.m., to see daughter Bristol dance. And former Gov. Palin has a taped interview with Sean Hannity on “Hannity,” starting at 9 on Fox News Channel. (A warning: “Dancing” is supposed to run till 9:11 p.m.)

The headline from “Hannity”: Palin won’t be giving another interview to CBS’ Katie Couric.

About another Couric interview, Palin says: “As for doing an interview, though, with a reporter who already has such a bias against whatever it is that I would come out and say? Why waste my time? No.”

Palin also weighs in on the state of journalism: “I want to help clean up the state that is so sorry today of journalism. And I have a communications degree. I studied journalism, who, what, where, when, and why of reporting. I will speak to reporters who still understand that cornerstone of our democracy, that expectation that the public has for truth to be reported. And then we get to decide our own opinion based on the facts reported to us.

I hope that Sarah plans to include the odious Charlie Gibson on her ignore list. That smug liberal rat sat sneering at her, over his granny glasses, while thinking he had a ‘gotcha’ over his Bush Doctrine question. Tell ‘em all to go pound sand, Sarah.

That’s what Mo Dowd refers to as her Yoda-like syntax. I know, I know, but it’s funny.

That's refreshing!

This is GREAT. First, Gingrich suggested that he wouldn't participate in debates where Moderators were State-Run-Media only, and now Sarah Palin has thumbed her nose at another Liberal tool ("Perky").

As I've said before, Conservatives should just refuse to appear on the SETUPS that are called "news forums", run by the State-Run-Media, and not appear on their shows at all. Let them go ahead and do their thing with their own kind, but don't allow them to manipulate the words/questions to favor their agenda. The Sheeple that watch those theatrical productions called news are too ignorant and biased to be worthwhile receptors of facts and truth, anyway. Their audience just supports those who would give them more of other peoples' earnings to buy their votes, and most never held a real job in their lifetimes.

Sarah has made too many career mistakes lately to be considered presidential. Your either a reality star or a political leader, hard to be both.

she hasn't killed anyone in her car and run away.

she isn't an alcoholic, yet

she isn't getting oral sex from young staffers in the executive office

hasn't been accused of rape,

released her transcripts and college records

Her birth certificate is available

She was a mayor and governor and resigned in order to stop the criminal use of the judiciary in Alaska to bankrupt her with endless suits.

I'd say she's going to do just fine as our next president. She's better than Obama, Carter and any democrat quisling currently suggested including Queen of the Lesbians-Hilary Clinton.

she just scares the cr@p out of the libs and power elite. I'm voting for her just to gum up the works. The more they try to destroy her, her family and her reputation, the more likely she seems to be the correct conservative to put in the Presidency.

There was once a man that took on the British Empire and won. He didn’t want to head his government but wanted it to be a citizen of a free country. Using his own tactics he won.
“First, they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.”
Mahatma Gandhi

She may be getting great advice, but I myself wonder if this is all intuitive for her. Who’s to say it’s not?

She was set up. That taped interview was taped over several meetings, and only the worst parts were aired. A reporter, whose name I cannot remember, stated he went to the cutting room and managed to get the entire tape(s) and it was really a pretty good interview. It was just cut to serve the perky ones bias. No--Sarah should never give a sentence to katie. She is a snake.

Can’t really “handle” the cutting room when the entire operation has the agenda to make you look foolish.

The media WILL be hostile, they cannot be avoided in a Presidential run

That depends almost entirely on the political affiliation of the candidate.

I don’t mean to imply some dark conspiracy. I’m just curious. She at least must have an agent making deals like her TV show (an idea that was brilliant btw).

[ Sarah has made too many career mistakes lately to be considered presidential. Your either a reality star or a political leader, hard to be both. ]

Politics is not Sarah Palins CAREER.. she has a fishing business..
With the machine politics of Alaska or Chicago being connected is whats important..
Exposing and prosecuting the machine politics is dangerous..

Obama and the Clintoons are connected.. Sarah and Beck are not..
You're not too smart are you?..

“Somewhere Sarah has either taken a number of Physc Classes or studied Sun Tzu, and or Machiavelli.

Man she is livin’ in all their heads rent free....”

Yep, 24/7/365.

“Strategic Positioning

Sun Tzu said:

The ultimate positioning strategy is to be without an apparent position. Without position, the best intelligence is unable to spy and those who are clever unable to plan.

Positioning should be a reaction to infinite variations and work out according to the changing conditions.

Just as water has no fixed form, strategic positioning evades reality and confront through illusion. Therefore, strategy follows the opponents and systematically be victorious.

As water has no absolute position. The strategy has no absolute direction. A genius tactician is someone who can win according to the changing conditions of the opponents.

A good strategy is as versatile as the five elements; metal, wood, water, fire and earth. Wherein non of them is absolutely dominant.

There are no hard and fast rules on good strategy.
It has to be as versatile as water, which changes
course according to the ground.

There is no formula for good positioning.
Always avoid the powerful and attack the weak.

Be ever ready to change strategy according
to the changing conditions of the opponent.”

NOT a mistake. Katie needs Sarah for RATINGS. Don’t give them to her, ever. Let these people rot.

We should do the same things with debats and demand unbiased moderators.

I am just tired of seeing a debate moderated by someone from NPR or CNN. And it always goes the same way, they ask the tough follow-up questions of the Republican, but somehow always forget to ask the tough follow-up question of the Democrat.
