A Manhattan group is helping illegal immigrants recoup unclaimed state tax refunds - even if they used fake Social Security numbers to work.
The Neighborhood Economic Development Advocacy Project got back thousands for a dozen undocumented New Yorkers who overpaid.
One bodega worker from Jackson Heights had been paying taxes since 2002 but never got a refund - until the group helped him get back $670 from his 2008 return.
"It really helped - we have two young kids," said his wife, who says they pay taxes because "it's the right thing to do."
Thousands more could be due a windfall from the Department of Taxation and Finance.
"We've been getting calls from people who say they've been filing taxes for more than 10 years, and they've never gotten a refund," said Deyanira Del Rio, the advocacy group's associate director.

I don't care if they have been paying taxes.
If they are illegal, the taxes they pay should be considered part of the fine for criminally breaking into our country to colonize it for Mexico.
If some people have a list of these criminal insurgents, use the list to send them home!
If this can be done, what’s to stop each of them from filing 50 tax returns using different names and SSNs? Why stop with one?
Perhaps that’s why I see people at gas stations who don’t speak a word of English getting into vehicles that cost nearly half as much as my house!

That’s OK, I know I do that sometimes, my laptop has a sensitive mouse and if I drag my hand on it it starts putting characters in other spots etc..I grew up with a mother who wrote a few school books, for”fun” on vacation she would quiz us on our grammar, science and math for hours..I am not as vigilant to uphold these standards anymore..hehehehehe

All these stories do is accelerate the rush towards vigilantism and probably open rebllion.
These people need horse whipped and then deported to the very land of their chosen ones!
