111 ‘waivers’ which ‘Exempted’ companies from applying “Obamacare” to more than 1.175 million individuals.
It seems to me that some carefully articulated, 14th Amendment-based, “equal protection under the law” law-suits could pretty quickly ‘exempt’ the rest of us.
I think the waivers are for just ONE year.
That’s THE source of leftist power - selectively applying punitive laws.
The power to grant or withhold waivers is the power to make or break a business.
And we know these will be granted or withheld strictly for political reasons.
