While everyone is preparing to give thanks tomorrow, one of America's most famous families, the Jolie-Pitts, have decided to sit this Thanksgiving out.
"Angelina Jolie hates this holiday and wants no part in rewriting history like so many other Americans," a friend of the actress tells me. "To celebrate what the white settlers did to the native Indians, the domination of one culture over another, just isn't her style. She definitely doesn't want to teach her multi-cultural family how to celebrate a story of murder."
Angelina has been filming her directorial debut, about a Serbian man and Bosnian woman who fall in love during the Bosnian War. Angie, always extremely sensitive to the suffering throughout the world, is filming in English and the native languages.
"Angelina gets so grossed out by Thanksgiving that she has made sure her family will not be in America this year on Thursday," an insider tells me.

It looks certain that her children will never be allowed to play Cowboys & Indians. Maybe Infidels and Muslims will be allowed.

Maybe you havent heard, she’s a bigger idiot than Jolie. She was yelling in 1 incident while the Friends cast were watching a movie, the entire time that Bush is Evil! Matt Leblanc has to restrain her. They’re both fine pieces of ass but that’s it.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday where our entire nation pauses to give thanks. What a wonderful thing!
This Thanksgiving I give thanks to the one and only great and mighty God who has blessed me and all with so much—I thank Him most of all for His over abundance of love, His forgiveness, and His salvation not just for me but for all who will believe, repent of sin and put their trust in our precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Happy Thanksgiving all. There are many who take Christ out of Christmas (happy xmas they say)...Looks like someone is trying to get rid of this wonderful holiday of Thanksgiving. Though noone can stop any of us from being thankful.

These people had really really messed up family lives. Thanksgiving is a family celebration, where mom and/or grandma took precious time out of their lives to shower their family with love (a perfectly cooked meal). People like The Weird One and Leftists never experienced that.
This halfwit comment goes along with a trend of too many current Americans judging earlier generations while at the same time eagerly grabbing the material rewards that those “uncouth” earlier generations made possible. If she’s too good to associate with the pioneers of this continent, she should be too good to be so exploit the material rewards of the land they built.

Angie needs a history lesson. Some say about 90-95% of all settler-related Indian fatalities were due to disease. Hemmoraghic fever, malaria and syphilis were common causes of death prior to European contact. Viruses carried by European, African and West Indian ship crews contributed to the death rate. Smallpox was transmitted not only by direct human contact, but may also have been transmitted by the practice of robbing contaminated clothing from buried corpses. Constant warfare between competing tribes, and death from viruses, had pretty much wiped out most of the Indian population east of the Ohio Valley by the 1720’s, so very few actual Indian deaths were from ‘murder’ or warfare with settlers.
Fortunately, the number of Indians began once again to increase, in part because of protection afforded to them by American forts. Unfortunately, certain Indian tribes signed up to fight with the British (and later, with the French) against the new Americans. Repeatedly being on the wrong side changed the attitude of Americans from one of wanting to get along and respect boundries, to one of dealing with repeat losers who’s loyalty and willingness to co-habitate could not be trusted. Even so, it wasn’t until the War of 1812 and the Creek War of 1812-13, when the Creeks sought alliance against America with both the English and the Spanish (in the midst of a war amongst themselves), and the overrunning of Fort Min, which resulted in the death of 250 settlers and the taking of 100 captives, that Americans finally had enough. The treaty Andrew Jackson signed with the Creeks after their defeat at his hands involved surrender of 20 million acres. A direct result of the Creek War was that an wholesale Indian Removal Policy was instituted, and, in fact, was a platform plank Jackson ran on.
