At any rate, whenever I post something about Jindal, good or bad ( and I’ve posted about him many times in this forum), I also get the usual “He’s not a natural born citizen, therefore disqualified” argument.
Also, Unlike Sarah Palin, he has indicated many times, he’s not interested in being President.
He’s a potential candidate because people like him and what he stands for.
I am quite certain he is not on the table for 2012 ( he said so himself, many times ).
At any rate..
Jindal is not qualified to be president.
Jindal is not interested because he knows he is not qualified.
Jindal is considered a candidate because peeps are ignorant of NBC.
Jindal is not on table because he said so many times, same as Christie.
Well anyone can check his bio and see that he was born here of (legal) immigrant parents.
Whether or not Bobby Jindal is a great governor or not is quite beside the point. BOTH of his parents were not naturalized citizens at the time of his birth, so he is not a Natural Born Citizen, at least according to the traditional view held up until the swearing in of Barack Obama, Jr.
The fact that the sitting POTUS is also ineligible on the same grounds is also quite beside the point. His Presidency does not change the Constitution. Illegality does not form a constitutional precedent.
Personally, I think the guy is a good governor, a great book-keeper, and has the all the personality and charisma of a clam.
Well, he is - born on U.S. soil to legal immigrant parents. I'm sure you already knew that...where do people ge that he wasn't? Do they just say that without looking it up?
Hes not a natural born citizen, therefore disqualified

This is true and he’s not eligible and he would never get my vote. Can we effing nominate a real natural born citizen with no divided loyalties? Is that so difficult? No, it’s not, there are plenty of them. Jindal would make a fine Senator but he can’t be President. He would never be elected after this fiasco with the pile of dung in the WH now.
