Did Mullen sleep through every military and world history class at West Point? Or is he just that stoopid?

As a navy Admiral he likely never attended West Point. But based on his actions and statements of the past, he has never seen any value in a military, or the necessary application of military force.
The guy ought to be heading up some wonderfully radical UN organization, though I suppose he means well.
