I knew that little piece of sh#t growing up in Chicago not far from Humboldt Park. I used to run into him while he was wearing his “Latin Kings” sweater ( this part of his history has been scrubbed by the way). Always a tough guy, when surrounded by 10 or 15 of his “homies”. Being an officer in a thug street gang was perfect training for the future Democratic Congressman from Illinois.
