It’s actually a good strategy to simultaneously work to reform and repeal Obamacare.

I don't necessarily disagree with that, but I'd rather see the GOP repeal Obamacare, and put forth any "reasonable" provisions into their own HC reform bill. There's just too much baggage with the current bill that no one knows about.
