This rates right up there with The federal gov't saying that universities can't use e -readers in lieu of text books because the blind can't use them. They said it was a violation of "equal access". Well, guess what federal lackwit, they can't read regular textbooks, either. BTW, the kindle has a "text to speech" function. In other words, the device
will read the book to you.
