I come from a 3rd generation military family, if this passes I'm strongly pushing my children not to consider military service and I imagine many others will do the same...

I understand and agree though it’s so disappointing, especially now that we’ve had an all volunteer military for years. I’m sure that’s one of the reasons Zer0 and his bunch want this, to degrade our fine military.

I have done the same and I am sad that my families strong tradition of military service will come to an end because of thie act. Four of us have retired from the Military with over 105 years of total service just among the four of us. I have advised a nephew and my daughter not to join.
