Why isn’t anyone exposing Reid??? Surely, there’s plenty in Nevada to reveal.

The citizens of Nevada are granted the authority to perform a recall election by the Nevada Constitution, Article 2, Section 9 to all elective officers after the first six months of the term to which the incumbent was elected.

I’m still researching that. There are 17 or 18 states that allow for Senators and/or congressman that can be recalled

There are 17 or 18 states that allow for Senators and/or congressman that can be recalled

States may pass bills that allow for recalling Senators and/or Congressmen. But they can't make it happen.

Senator and Congressmen are federal offices and the Constitution makes no provision for their recall.

Thus, a state's recall act carries no more weight than did Arkansas' term limits act -- which was struck down by SCOTUS.

No Member of Congress, from any state, can be recalled.

Michael Berry was on fire today. He said not only defeat this but send the adults who were brought in illegally as young children back along with their illegal parents, even if they can’t speak the language. This is to serve as a scare crow for generations of mexicans to come about what happens if you try to sneak into our country.

This is classic example of why moderate just don’t cut it in probably 80% of the political arguments being made today. What the heck is a moderate on such an issue as encouraging or discouraging illegal immigration? How can you do something middle of the road with this issue?

Never ever think the mob that started Las Vegas didn’t leave Chicago-style politics in it’s wake.
