LAGOS (Reuters) - Nigeria's anti-corruption police said on Thursday they planned to file charges against former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney in a $180 million bribery case involving a former unit of oil services firm Halliburton.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday summoned the country chief of Halliburton and last week detained 10 Nigerian and expatriate Halliburton staff for questioning after raiding its Lagos office.
"We are filing charges against Cheney," EFCC spokesman Femi Babafemi told Reuters, but declined to give any further details on what the charges were, or where they would be filed.

The battle is to keep the brain-damaged libs form so trashing the U.S. Constitution and our sovereignty that we wake up one day under the jurisdiction of Nigerian tribunals and the like. (Pointed out years ago by Micheal Savage.)

Any black from any African country can charge any white american with anything.
Yes, they can...
“Nigeria’s anti-corruption police...” Right. The corrupt hell hole has anti-corruption police. Let them try to come and get Dick Cheney. And Reuters covers this like it a legitimate news story.
Nigeria already *is* in a bad situation - not quite sure what else can be done to them to make their situation any worse than it already is.
Well, let them issue an arrest warrant. It’s not like Cheney is in a hurry to go back to Lagos.
Sort of like Al Capone charging Eliot Ness.
I got an email from Nigeria. The official promised to split half of this $180million with me if I will provide them with my US bank account number for the wire transfer.
If Nigeria is looking for a little of that stimulus money from the BO adminstration, this is the way to get it.

Yeah. I wonder how much it is to buy them off. Nigeria is not a real country. They can go to hell.

Okay, we know they'll never see Cheney in Lagos... but there's a bigger thing going on here. I would use the word "hostages." Are are of these people American citizens?
I think Cheney should BUY Nigeria and make it into a theme park or something...
