I completely buy the C and D grades. The only reason he probably didn't get all Cs and Ds is because some of his professors inflated his grades because of who and what he is. If he were truly based on merit, there is no question he would have failed out. That is what he is hiding. And he is being aided and abetted by the media who wants to maintain the illusion that he is smart (keeping in line with the age old narrative that all liberal Dems are brilliant and all conservatives and Republicans are dumb as dirt).

He is obviously not dumb in the traditional sense. He is intelligent in the ways of a criminal or pathological liar.

His goal is to destroy the USA and it is working. One penstroke at a time. He honestly thinks that is what a president is supposed to do. Be a dictator because that is what he saw growing up. That is what makes him the most dangerous man in the country. That is why the natural born citizen requirement is in the constitution. He found a loophole and exploited it.
