Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano urged Congress to pass the DREAM Act, arguing that the statutory revision would help her agency "do its job of enforcing the nation's immigration law."
In a conference call with reporters Thursday, Napolitano said that, while the Dream Act is not a substitute for immigration reform, it would allow the DHS to focus its resources on deporting illegal immigrants with criminal records.
The DREAM Act would provide a path to legalization for children who arrived in the U.S. before the age of 16, lived in the U.S. for at least five years, earned a high school diploma or equivalent, and attended college or enlisted in the military for at least two years. An earlier version of the bill failed to pass the Senate in September.

Passing this act would quadruple the amount of illegals crossing the border. Why bother with following the law when the govt. just told you that if you sneak across and wait long enough Uncle Chump will eventually give you free citizenship and all the free benifits and health care your heart could desire. This is crazy.
A similar technique has been at the heart of the institution of the EU as starting point for destroying nation states. The EU unelected ‘czars’ have opened up wholesale imigration from to all locales, allowing—for instance—unregulated influx of Turks into countries like Ireland who cannot handle the horde of welfare drains on their economy. The democrat globalist agenda must destory the sovereignty of Americans in order to usher in the global governance and gloabal bank economy. Using hapless imigrants from Mexico and points even further South is a strategy, a democrat party made crisis they can exploit.

America HAS an immigration and naturalization program. IT WORKS. I have seen it work. All a person needs do is obey the law.
So why does the head of HOMELAND SECURITY suggest that rewarding those that break laws is a benefit to America?
