It’s a start, but I’ve heard stories from cop friends who’ve investigated rapes, and a penis and testes aren’t necessary at all. It’s disgusting to hear the things men have raped women and children with. One horrendous incident took place during Oktoberfest... and I’ll let you figure out the “wurst” case scenario.
I suppose that those who are happy with the thought of castration for this man would also go along with the removal of the Clitoris of females who have done the same thing.
