If they can’t defund them, then remove their power to create rules with the power of law.
Unfortunately, the power of law changes have to go through the Kenyan. Money has to be appropriated for any law they make, but money bills originate in the House so there is some power in that that can be exercised to limit the Kenyan’s reach. At least, I am praying that they will wield that power in the House.
