It's going to HAVE to be worth it to shootout for 50 bucks if we are ever to get America civilized again.

It's going to be like taming the old west all over again, except this time men with courage are far and few between.

The prospect of prison is not much of a deterrant to many of the crooks today; many think prison is home, and parole is just R&R.

I think there is possible so much damage to society that many are not capable of being rehabilitated, and will live their days at taypayers expense, or die in a shootout with police or armed citizens.

There has been so many store robberies and killings in my area recently I can envision a man sitting in a high mounted chair, with a shotgun across his lap in the stores, just like in the old west, just to deter robberies and shootings and protect the patronage.

We cannot pin all of this on the bad guys, WE - the cowardly Americans - must share the blame. If we are going to stay wrapped up and paralyzed by political correctness, and diversity-for-show, then we are not only enabling this behavior, we are ENCOURAGING IT.

WHY NOT rob a store or a bank? I mean if the facilities of the prison are nicer than your home, and the food is better and more plentiful...why not?

Punishment has become a REWARD to many of these people...and that is OUR failing, not theirs.

Obama wants "death panels" created to "do away" with the elderly and infirm to save money for his chia pets who never worked a day in their lives - meanwhile, the government will allow a serial killer to sit on death row for 40 years so as to NOT violate his civil rights. Where the hell is the logic and common sense of that? It costs a whole lot more to keep someone in prison that any of us ever collect from Social Security.

Shootout for 50 bucks...damn right! I was raised that stealing is stealing, whether it's a penny or a million dollars...and at gunpoint it's even worth. You live by the sword, you should die by the sword.

A week ago yesterday, a Chicago Cop and an ex-CHA₍₁₎ Cop - BOTH ARMED, were assassinated in broad daylight by a 19yo parolee, who the day before had burgled the ex-CHA Cop's custom Mustang. Neither LEO even had a chance to pull their weapon. The Chicago Cop was shot in the back of the head.

The murderer was caught in one day. Turns out he had also recently tried to murder another person too, who came forward after hearing of the arrest.

And the 'reason' this shitb*g killed the two LEO's in cold blood?.. he didn't want to go back to prison for the car burglary (and yes, his arrest record was a long one).

The sad fact is these (cough) people will kill anyone, anywhere, anytime, for anything. When there's no compunction about ~~killing~~ assassinating a Cop in broad daylight, all bets are off.
