Only in leap years; otherwise 365 is sufficient! :)

If they are registered in 2 places and voted in 2 places they need to go to jail.

I believe that it is a felony in New York state.

Being registered in 2 places could be an innocent mistake... After all, people do move. But VOTING in 2 places is specific and willful act.

“and because of the suicide bombing known as the Carl Paladino campaign.”

How is the Tea Party up there reacting to what happened in the statewide races? The HoR races really followed the national trends, from what I’ve read.

It’s also common and well now that many New Yorkers are also registered to vote in Florida and often vote in either state with absentee ballots. They have dual residence and claim both states as their main residence. All of this of course, only benefits democrats.

If you vote 2 times in a Federal election I think is also a federal crime. What level state felony?

For tax purposes, some people do have their primary residence in the Hamptons and to prove it are registered to vote out their. That explains the majority. Projects like Countryvote.org are despicable.
