Get used to it. We must compromise for the next two years. It has to be.

When the new Congress is seated, the GOP will be in a position to put the brakes on the liberal agenda.

But we're not going to be in a position to advance the conservative agenda...without doing deals.

That's the truth of it.

Hold fast for now. Win again in 2012.

I disagree. He is compromised and We will have a truly conservative house. They need to ram it up Obamas a$$ and not blink.

Give him lean budgets, and let him know in private that they will get leaner if he dare veto.

Kiss him in public, tell everyone how he wants to end the deficits and you agree with him. That he's come around. That you like him.

After he Vetoes, give him leaner budgets, and announce that the president wanted budget surpluses like Clinton had, so you cut more fat out of it to please him. Play the tape of Obama praising the budget surplus of the 90’s.

If he vetoes again, cut more. The People will cheer!!!
If he threatens to shut down Goobermint, give him a bill to keep SS, Defense, and Treasury going while we hash out the budget. If he Vetoes the SS and Defense bill, he's toast. He can't. So have it ready to go.
