Even if that's so, these are not "tax cuts" but rather maintaining current rates. No one sees a cut, rich or poor, they just avoid a tax increase.
I hate the spin the Left has on this topic. They're so damned good at controlling the narrative… it's amazing anyone knows up from down any more.
Finally someone on this board said it was not a tax cut....but taxes remain as they are. So the only thing we see out of this surrender is really more spending and more incentives not to work.
Heck, lets see how many more months they will extend UI. May be worth my while to get fired and go on the dole.
